AI Chat
How to get the most out of Triplebee's AI chat interface.
Overview
The AI chat interface is the primary way to interact with your WordPress sites through Triplebee. It understands natural language and translates your requests into precise WordPress operations.
Context awareness
The AI maintains context throughout a conversation. You can refer back to previous messages:
“Install WooCommerce on site 3” (after confirmation) “Now activate it and install the Stripe payment gateway too”
The AI knows you’re still talking about site 3 and continues from where you left off.
Scoping commands
You can scope commands to specific sites, groups, or all sites:
- Single site: “On my-client.com, disable comments on all posts”
- Multiple sites: “On sites 1, 2, and 3, activate maintenance mode”
- All sites: “Check for WordPress core updates on all sites”
- Filtered: “On all sites running WooCommerce, check for cart abandonment rate”
Command types
Read operations
Ask questions without making changes:
- “What’s the PHP version on staging.mysite.com?”
- “List all posts published in the last 30 days”
- “Which sites are running an outdated WordPress version?”
Write operations
Make changes to your sites:
- “Create a new admin user named ‘dev-temp’ on test.mysite.com”
- “Set the homepage to display 6 posts per page across all sites”
- “Publish the draft post titled ‘Summer Sale‘“
Bulk operations
Apply changes across many sites:
- “Force-update WordPress core on all sites still on version 6.4”
- “Deactivate all deactivated plugins (cleanup unused plugins) on all sites”
Safety and confirmation
For potentially destructive operations, Triplebee will always ask for confirmation before proceeding. You can adjust this behavior in Settings.
Actions that require confirmation by default:
- Deleting content or users
- Major version plugin updates
- WordPress core upgrades
- Changing admin credentials
