Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What counts as an "AI request"?
Each message you send in the AI chat counts as one request. Responses, follow-up clarifications, and automated runs are not counted separately. Automation runs count one request per site they act on.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — Pro and Agency plans both come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial period.
What happens if I exceed my site or request limit?
On the Free plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade. On Pro, we'll notify you as you approach limits and make it easy to upgrade. We won't cut off your access without warning.
Can I use Triplebee for client sites without them knowing?
Absolutely. The Agency plan includes white-label options so you can run Triplebee under your own brand. The Bridge Plugin name and any client-facing emails can be customized.
